It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words!  This could not be any more true when it comes to selling homes.   In today’s real estate market, photos are key to making that initial impact with potential buyers.  The first thing that potential buyers typically look at are photos, and if their interest isn’t peaked right away, they will move on.

I focus on capturing the very best of each home.   The first thing I do when I enter any home is do a walk-through and view it as a potential buyer would.  I note the key features of the home and also take in the overall flow.  I strive to translate this into the photos, making sure to capture all those features and make sure that the flow of the home translates through the pictures.

I use the home’s natural lighting as well as artificial lighting to present it in the best possible way.  Every detail matters, and I look at each room with a detailed eye making sure everything is in place before I release the shutter.
